Shirzad is the founder and director at ILYA Development LTD. He has been an active construction manager since graduating from BCIT in 2007. He has been involved in many high-end custom house projects, as well as renovation and development projects in the Vancouver area. Years of experience along with great communication skills has led to great success in helping clients build their dream houses. Mr. Shirzad
Mr. Derakhshanpay has a background in insurance and a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from his home town, which helps him create high-quality work and deliver only the best experience to his clients.
